the female founders

Book club

Where business strategy meets identity …for founders who know that becoming is just as important as doing.

What this is…

The books that change your business aren't JUST the ones about business.

This is a curated reading community for female founders who understand that building the company you're envisioning requires becoming the version of yourself capable of holding it. Every quarter, we read one carefully chosen book…some will be rooted in strategy and execution, others in identity, mindset, and growth…because the real work of building something meaningful happens on both of those fronts at once.

How the book club works:

01

Join Once. Read All Year

Your annual membership gives you access to the list of books - a curated mix of business strategy and the deeper work of becoming the version of yourself that can build your vision.

02

Receive Your Reading Plan

Each quarter opens with a paced reading or listening guide designed to fit a founder's schedule.

03

Gather for the conversation

Once each quarter, we meet live (on Zoom) to discuss, connect, and apply what we've read to where we're actually going (and you'll have access to the recording if you want to watch at a later date or AGAIN).

04

Grow alongside the right women

A curated community of founders who are building and becoming at the same time…and who take both seriously.

$120

One flat annual investment — four books, four calls, one community, all year.

This isn't your typical book club.

The books are curated with intention

Each book is chosen deliberately, focused on strategy or identity, not just whatever's on the bestseller list…that part would just be a bonus!

the community is built around builders

Every member is a founder who is building something, which means the conversation goes places a general book club never could.

The call isn't a recap of the main points

It's an application session where we're connecting what you read to where you're actually going in your business and your life.

a note on becoming

This isn't just about becoming the founder your vision requires. It's also about unbecoming everything that's been in the way.
